Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice GmbH

Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice GmbH holds a class 1 certificate of suitability for the welding of rail materials/track components in operating tracks according to guideline 826 of the Federal German railways (DB AG) and is certified for all common procedures, and a certificate of suitability for the site management, authorizing the neutralization of rail stress for the construction of continuous welded rails and points. Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice GmbH meets all quality requirements for welding according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2.

Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice (Österreich) GmbH

Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice (Österreich) GmbH has the approval for welding, grinding and testing in the track network of ÖBB, private railways and public transport. It is a qualified company in the Austrian register of contractors. Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice (Österreich) GmbH meets all the requirements of ÖNORM EN ISO 3834-3 for deposition and joint welding.

Quality management

Our quality management system has been successfully verified and certified since April 7, 1998 in the areas of maintenance and repair work on the upper structure of rails and weld tempering ex works acc. to EN ISO 9001:2015. Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice GmbH meets all welding quality requirements acc. DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and Goldschmidt Thermit Railservice (Österreich) GmbH acc. to ÖNORM EN ISO 3834-3.
